Hi freinds, we all know that wikipedia free on aircel and tcp works on up etc but not all over india....
Notice = up users neche diye gaye method se speed cap limit hata sakte hai..so jiski speed cap ho gayi woh neche wala procedure use kare...
now just do the following to get working 100% in all states....
recharge with any small 3g pack or maintain ur balance more than 1 Rs
set apn as aircelwap only..!!
then download kbrum vpn config and edit it and put host as =
*. wikipedia.org/redirect/partner/aircel/
also put the pocket internet proxy and port in config file..!!
then connect it after 3 to 4 tries the vpn gets connected....!!
